Working principle

 

Linear Vibrating Sieve equips double vibrating motors, which rotate reversely and synchronously. Thus, the excited force geneated by the eccentric block is united in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis while counteracted in the direction parallel to the motor axis, so that the movement trajectory is linear. There is an angle of inclination between two screen decks. Under the function of resultant force generated by exciter force and gravity of materials, these materials are throwed up, leap forward straight ahead along the screen deck, through which the purpose of filter and classification is achieved.

 

Introduction: 

 

WZS series linear vibrating sieve is widely used to sieve the fine grain and powder materials in the industries such as food, plastics, grinding material, building material,chemical,pharmaceutical,metallurgy,resign powder, abrasives, ceramic material,etc. 

 

Vibratory screens can be provided with dust proof cover as required. WZS Series linear vibration screen can be supplied of different sizes depending upon capacity required. They can also handle slightly wet material.
