Application

Raymond Mill is applicable to the grinding and processing of more than 280 kinds of non-flammable and non-explosive materials with hardness less than 7 and humidity less than 6% in mining, construction, chemical industry and metallurgy, such as barite, calcite, feldspar, talcum, marble, limestone, clay, glass.

 

Characteristics

Working Principle of production line

The material in the Silo will fall down into the Feeding tube evenly through the Vibrating Feeder, and then fall onto the upper scattering plate, after that will scatter on the gap between the roller and ring. The material into the inner wall of the rollers will be reground, and then fall down onto the lower scattering plate. And the fine powder conforms to the standard will be discharged into the Dispersive Twin-pipe Cyclone Separator, and then be discharged. And the massiveness will enter the grinding wall to be reground. The air current with the dust will enter into the lower part of the Pulse Bag Dust Catcher, and then be discharged through the Rotational Discharging Device after filtering dust.
